Zachary Stauber, Co-Founder & CEO

Zachary is a healthcare innovator with deep experience in improving access to care. Before co-founding Natzar, he served as Chief Strategy Officer at ELNA Medical, one of Canada’s largest clinic networks, where he led digital transformation to enhance patient and physician experiences. Earlier in his career, he worked at McKinsey & Company in New York, advising healthcare and other regulated industries on strategy and digital solutions. Zachary holds dual graduate degrees from MIT in business and engineering.

Nathaniel Cohen, Co-Founder & CTO

Nathaniel is a technologist with deep expertise in AI and healthcare data. He studied engineering and computer science at EPFL, and holds an MBA from MIT. He previously founded a healthcare analytics startup focused on unlocking insights from complex medical data. Earlier in his career, he worked at Cisco and PwC. At Natzar, he leads technology and product development, building tools that make preventive care more accessible and efficient for patients and providers.

Paula Trepman, MD, MPH - Co-Founder

Paula is a primary care physician and public health advocate passionate about prevention. She trained at Stanford and earned her Master of Public Health from Columbia, where she focused on health systems and population health. In her clinical practice, she has seen firsthand how prevention can transform outcomes for patients and communities. At Natzar, Paula brings her deep medical expertise to ensure the platform delivers evidence-based, patient-centered care.
